Ang mga Lupon ng Mga Serbisyo sa Komunidad, o CSB, ay mga lokal na organisasyon na tumutulong sa mga taong may mga hamon sa kalusugan ng isip o paggamit ng sangkap at mga taong may kapansanan sa pag-unlad. Sila ang iyong safety net para sa pagkuha ng pangangalaga, anuman ang iyong kakayahang magbayad.
